Prices are fixed per meter so you know your getting the best deal!
Ground floor Fixed at £2.00 per meter
1st floor Fixed at £2.50 per meter
2nd floor Fixed at £3.00 per meter
3rd floor Fixed at £3.50 per meter
Heights above 3 stories requires an onsite inspection and quotation.
Minimum Charge A minimum charge of £40 applies to properties with gutter lengths under 20 metres.
If your gutters adjoin to another property such as a terrace or semi detached it may be more cost effective for both properties to be cleaned at the same time based on the gutter length.
We do not price per job or give estimates for gutter vac, the aforementioned costs are fixed. You may estimate your own cost by taking your own measurements. Our Operator will invoice you based upon the exact measurements after completion of the work.
You do not need to be home for the gutter clearing to take place but the operator must have access around the property. If you are unable to be home during the cleaning we will leave an invoice with all payment options available. Payments must be made within 14 days of invoice date.
PLEASE NOTE We do not clear gutters that have gutter guards installed.
