We take Health and Safety seriously, we need to eliminate any risk to our operators, so we always do a risk assessment to ensure we can work safely.

We can on request inform you by text message or phone call the day before we clean.

Yes, our service is all year round except for any adverse weather conditions.

Payment is due on completion of work. All due payments must be received within 14 days as requested. Or within the arranged time given. We appreciate that your life is busy and hectic. We therefore give you 14 days in which to pay us. While we understand that sometimes you may be late in paying due to unforeseen circumstances but we cannot except continued late payment or the racking up of large bills. Doing so may result in us having to withdraw you from our service. If you have any queries on this please feel free to ask.

We NEVER collect money in the evenings or on weekends. Con artists have been known to try and collect window cleaning money in this way. Please be careful and aware of this potential scam. If in doubt please contact us.

This usually depends on how clean you like them, the majority of our customers choose a once a month service, but we offer a one off yearly clean, weekly, or a 2, or 3 monthly service.

Yes but only in light showers, this is because we offer an all year cleaning service. With our wet cleaning system it makes no difference to the finished cleaning quality. Working in this way ensures that you get your property cleaned regularly.

The use of light weight poles enables us to reach 45ft. You can however higher our cherry picker service should you require this option.

We do not actually require that you to be home when we clean your windows. In fact the vast majority of our customers are out when we come around. If you are not home we will leave a clear receipt of the date and time that you’re clean was carried out along with payment information. If for some reason we were unable to gain access to the rear of your property we will clean the front of your dwelling and charge you a reduced rate.

We clean in cold, snowy weather, as well as, hot and humid weather. We are also still able to clean on rainy days as long as it is not a blowing, driving rain. Light rain will not affect our technicians or your windows. Remember, it is not the rain that spots the windows, but a driving rain hitting a dirty window! It is our year round service that lets us retain our qualified technicians so that we can keep the quality of your cleaning consistent.
